No-Fix No-Fee
- When we receive your device, we will provide you with a quote for the full computer repair, including any replacement parts.
- You won't commit to pay for the computer repair until you know how much it will cost, and we won't carry out any work before you agree.
- Full payment is required before any replacement parts are ordered and the device is returned.
- If we are unable to repair your device, or you choose not to go ahead with the computer repair, you will not be charged a bench fee.
Quick Turnaround Time
- Most computer repairs can be completed either same or next day, if no replacement components are required to be ordered in.
- If replacement components are required, the computer repair will normally be completed either the same or next day from when replacement components arrive with us.
- Once you contact us, we will arrange either local drop-off, local collection (charges apply), on-site / at-home, or mail-in options. Local collection and on-site computer repair is available in the Greater Glasgow area on a case-by-case basis.
Accepted Devices
At this time Ace IT offers computer repair services on all desktop computers, and most laptop computers, exclusions apply and repairs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
